This could include items such as pay stubs, financial aid award letters, or tax form for the self employed showing annual income (Images, Word, or PDF files only and please remove any spaces in the file name before uploading).
I understand that by signing below I am authorizing Candlewood Property Management, LLC to verify my credit score and employment information for the sole purpose of co-signing for another individual. As a cosigner you are jointly liable for rent and damages should the primary tenant(s) default. Social Security Number and Income are required to complete credit check and approve the applicant you are co-signing for. All personal information provided to Candlewood Property Management, LLC is kept confidential and only shared with those who directly approve applicants. All personal information is disposed of via shredder once information is no longer needed.

Don't forget to attach documents verifying your income; application will not start being processed until all information is received. This includes proof of income, applications for your roommates (if any), and cosigner applications and proof of income (if needed).
