The main level has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and the bathroom. The second level has a bedroom and an open loft area. Tenants are responsible for all utilities aside from trash removal. Tenants are also responsible for snow clearing/ice treatment of the sidewalks and driveway. Lawn care is included as long as the fenced-in area is cleared of personal belongings.
