Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom units feature an attached 1 car garage, full range of kitchen appliances (glass top electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) along with other amenities such as a washer and dryer in-unit, an in-wall air conditioning unit, excellent sized walk-in closets, and a patio.

Heat, water, hot water, sewer, and garbage are INCLUDED in the rent. Tenant will pay electric.

TDS is the only provider of internet/cable.

Tenants are responsible for snow clearing/ice treatment of the sidewalks/walkways. Snow clearing/ice treatment of the driveway and lawn care are included.

PARKING - NO PARKING/BLOCKING in front of garages from November 1st- April 15th. Using your own garage to store vehicles, boats, watercraft, ATV/UTV is required during this time.

GRILLS- NO grills may be used or stored on patio/balcony. When in use grills can be used in front outside of own garage.

Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month.
Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront. Breed Restrictions for dogs include: Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiff, Doberman Pinschers, Pitbulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.
