On-site there are coin-op washers and dryers to make doing laundry more convenient, and a private storage space in the basement.

Gas, water, hot water, and trash are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and electric heat.

Pets: Up to 2 allowed (Cats Only). $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month.
