Every apartment comes equipped with an in-wall air conditioner for cooling off on those warm summer nights. On-site there are coin-op washers and dryers to make doing laundry more convenient, and a private storage space in the basement.

Gas, water, hot water, and trash are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and electric heat.
