Heat, water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Tenant will pay electric. Tenants are responsible for snow clearing of the sidewalks/walkways. Landlord handles lawn care and snow clearing of the driveways.

Two vehicles can be parked in the garage, with an additional pair of spots available right outside.
