Restricted dog breeds include Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, and any mix of these breeds.

Candlewood has partnered with PooPrints at this property. PooPrints is a company that is able to match a dog to any uncollected waste found on the property. As part of the animal approval process, you will be required to complete a supervised cheek swab of your dog to collect a DNA sample.

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE & RENTERS LIABILITY COVERAGE:
The advertised monthly payment includes:

* Beagle Tenant Liability Coverage providing $300,000 in liability coverage and $10,000 in personal property coverage

If you choose to provide your own renters insurance policy that meets our coverage requirements (including at least $300,000 in liability coverage), both your monthly rate and security deposit will be reduced by the Tenant Liability Coverage Waiver amount. Please note that renters insurance policies through Lemonade are not accepted.
